By downloading, installing, or using the TiffinTracker application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
TiffinTracker is a mobile and web-based platform designed for kitchen vendors to manage their tiffin (meal delivery) businesses. Features include customer management, menu management, order tracking, payment tracking, and analytics.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. Unauthorized access to another user's account is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; (c) use automated tools (bots, scrapers) against the service; (d) upload malicious content or spam; (e) impersonate other users or provide false information.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into TiffinTracker (customer lists, orders, menus). We do not claim ownership of your business data. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.
TiffinTracker is provided "as-is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

We collect information you provide directly: kitchen owner profile (name, phone, email), customer data (name, phone, address, meal preferences), order details, and payment information. We also collect usage data (login times, feature usage) to improve the service.
Your information is used to: (a) provide and maintain the TiffinTracker service; (b) process orders and track deliveries; (c) send service-related notifications; (d) improve and personalize the App experience; (e) provide customer support.
Your data is stored securely on encrypted MongoDB Atlas cloud servers. Passwords and PINs are hashed using bcrypt encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures including JWT authentication, rate limiting, and brute-force protection.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared with: (a) cloud hosting providers (MongoDB Atlas, Render) for service operation; (b) law enforcement agencies if legally required.
Kitchen vendors are responsible for their customers' data. Customer phone numbers and addresses are stored solely for delivery purposes. Customers can access their data through the Customer Web App and request deletion through the kitchen vendor.
The web application uses local storage to maintain login sessions. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising trackers.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data in a standard format. Contact support to exercise these rights.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.

TiffinTracker is currently offered as a free service. There are no subscription fees, premium tiers, or in-app purchases. Therefore, no refund policy is applicable at this time.
